About Me

I began working in the perinatal space after a traumatic first birth and postpartum experience that caught me completely off guard. Going through my own therapeutic journey, and subsequently welcoming two more children, I returned to my love of psychology by completing an MA in Counselling Psychology with the hopes of helping other parents navigate this time with more understanding, validation, tools, and hope.
